Role:
To initiate, maintain and grow the relationship with Clients in Sampadha, thereby adding value to the Client’s business and professional life.
Responsibilities / tasks in job role:
- Work closely with the Sales and other teams of Sampadha in order to learn Client-base and relevant details
- Maintain and grow the relationship with the clients
- Regularly understand the changing needs of the clients and accordingly tie up support from other members of Sampadha
- Support Client for various requirement and accordingly arrange for solutions from Sampadha
- Inform and communicate with the clients regularly on all the relevant information
- Take ethical decisions within the scope of responsibility, to support the business growth
- Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Exchange and update information for the supervisor and relevant internal members
- Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
Role:

Responsibilities / tasks in job role:
- Source potential customers from market and initiate relationship with them
- Understand needs of the prospects and propose solutions as offered by Sampadha
- Convert the leads (prospects) to customers and onboard to Client Database of Sampadha
- Maintain relationship with the customers for developing further network
- Take ethical decisions within the scope of responsibility, to support the business growth
- Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Exchange and update information for the supervisor and relevant internal members
- Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
Role:
To grow relationship with identified (HNI & Corporate segment) customers and introduce/ discuss the products & Services of Sampadha thereby develop business as planned
Responsibilities / tasks in job role:
- Source potential customers from market and initiate relationship with them
- Understand needs of the prospects and propose solutions as offered by Sampadha
- Convert the leads (prospects) to customers and onboard to Client Database of Sampadha
- Maintain relationship with the customers for developing further network
- Take ethical decisions within the scope of responsibility, to support the business growth
- Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Exchange and update information for the supervisor and relevant internal members
- Make recommendations to management /solicit advice from management on client-study, client-preferences for making better decisions in the segment
- Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
Role:
To mine and source relevant information for business, analyze and recommend relevant / useful / accurate information that aids business decisions
Responsibilities / tasks in job role:
- Source relevant information and data to analyze trends and performance with respect to the financial planning industry
- Source relevant information and data to analyze trends and performance with respect to existing and new financial products and services
- Follow and get updated with the rules, regulations, circulars given RBI, SEBI, IRDA, PFRDA, Ministry of Finance, and other major Global Financial markets Regulators
- Develop useful presentations, inference material for Sampadha management and its clients, so as to utilize them towards business decisions
- Design reports under the guidance of supervisors on different asset and sub asset classes and disseminate those reports and recommendations to clients over different medium of communication
- Recommend areas of priority based on indicators and pointers from research
- Share accurate and complete information / reports for the purposes, as directed by the supervisor
- Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
Role:
To create/ develop business material for the purpose of branding, marketing, and business operations related to the products & services of Sampadha
Responsibilities / tasks in job role:
- Work on content and various types of information references as required in Sampadha
- Design content in Telugu i.e blogs, social media posts, audio series, video series from the material given by Supervisors
- Design material that aids branding, marketing and sales, as part of business development in Sampadha
- Introduce latest / market-ready styles and methods of content communication
- Recommend technology and channels that should accelerate market penetration
- Deep-dive in all the required dimensions of relevant information in order to design solutions for the customers as deemed by business in Sampadha
- Take ethical decisions within the scope of responsibility, to support the business growth
- Maintain complete data and documentation pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Exchange and update information for the supervisor and relevant internal members
- Ensure timely and complete reporting to the supervisor
